Warranty
You must be a registered user to be covered by this warranty. For
a period of 30 days from the date the Software is acquired by you,
ADS Aviation Data Systems Inc., warrants that the media upon which
the Software resides will be free of defects that prevent you from
loading the Software on your computer. Aviation Data System’s
sole obligation under this warranty is to replace any defective
media, provided that you have given ADS Aviation Data Systems Inc
